I love the clothing company Boden. http://www.bodenusa.com/ I want one of everything in the catalogue. Today I'm going to show you how to use photographs as inspiration for a card project. I started with these darling little calendars. I chose paper based on the colors in the catalogue.
For the first card, I actually cut from the catalogue, and made some polka dot paper to mimic her waders.
On this card, I punched large circles. I cut the in half to make the scallops that you see on the skirt!
The hearts on this card mimic the hearts found on the skirt... amazing color combination!
I really wanted this tunic with the striped sleeves... by the time it went on sale it was sold out. I made a cardstock striped background to mimic the sleeves.
I just happened to have the polka dot paper, similar to the pattern in the shirt. I love turquoise and lime green together.
On this card I used striped red paper like the model's shirt, and buttons like you see on the baby's sweater.
Inspiration is all around you... have a wonderful day!

I love how you found inspiration and created those cards. The little calendars are great. Did you also make those or were they a find?
