a patchwork shower curtain

I have been sewing like a crazy woman lady.  I decided to make a shower curtain for my girl's bathroom.  I saw a patchwork shower curtain somewhere on pinterest..


aren't these fabrics cute?  All from Joann's.  I've been loving their fabric lately!
I cut out 10 inch squares and sewed them together in a patchwork.  Some of the squares were pieced together because I ran out of fabric.  


I sewed them together 8 times 8... 64 squares total.




I finished the project up with purple pompom trim... I know it looks blue... the lighting is terrible in there!  What projects are you up to?

    Super soft colors! You might want to get some Halloween / fall fabrics and make another one while you are inspired on sewing. Wouldn't that be fun to pop up there while they are in school one day and surprise them!?

    I love love love this! patchwork ANYTHING makes me smile. I'm currently looking for a patchwork lab blankie for frankie... if ONLY I could sew like YOU then I could spend less time looking and more time making... :):):)
