Deep in the heart of TEXAS...

Hello friends!  I just got back from a weeklong trip to Texas.  I got to spend the whole week with my side of the family.  My youngest daughter Isabelle came with me... there is nothing I love better in this world than my children and my nieces and nephews...

I found an amazing quilt store in their tiny little town...http://featheredstarquilt.com/  They had beautiful fabric and gorgeous quilts!

We spent a lot of time crammed into the van.  I worked on fair isle Christmas stockings that I will share soon.  This is my nephew and my mom... they are cuties!

The bluebonnets were in bloom and they were everywhere.  The perfect color blue if you ask me.

In Dallas we did a little swimming, hit Six Flags and a Ranger's game.  It was a splendid week all around.

We put the fun back in dysfunctional!
