Today's project uses one of my favorite symbols, the anchor. It's the symbol for my sorority, Delta Gamma. My daughter Hannah is a Delta Gamma too which makes it even more special. I saw this anchor die cut at Archiver's and I had to have it.
I used my big scallop punch and punched a bunch out in patriotic colors.
I found the anchor ribbon at Michael's. I used 3d tape to pop the anchors up a bit... and then made some clothespins to match.
Finished! I'm going to find all sorts of uses for these cute little anchors. I think Hannah might need an anchor banner in her room at the sorority house this fall!
