Today's project is a great one to do with your kids. Such a quick and easy project! I bought my construction paper at Lakeshore learning... http://products.lakeshorelearning.com/search#w=construction%20paper
I think construction paper is one of my favorite crafting tools to use with kids. Inexpensive and versatile. I cut 1 inch white construction paper strips. I punched white stars and cut blue rectangles.
Glue the strips on the red paper, glue on the blue rectangle and add your stars. Wouldn't they be cute sewn together as a banner?!
