vintage Christmas wreath
Welcome to day 26 of the 31 day challenge. Today we are going to be making a wreath out of vintage materials. I got the wreath at Goodwill for a couple dollars. It was a good blank canvas.
I bought this box of Christmas ornaments at a garage sale this summer for $1! I think you can still get similar boxes at Walmart or Michael's. These had a 1980's trademark on them which qualifies for vintage in my book.
Next I cut off the little gold threads at the top and just started gluing. Hot glue works the best.
I used almost the whole box to make this...
I love it! Can you tell I like bright and colorful Christmas decorations? This wreath might even get a coat of glitter.

WOW! This is so awesome, Jenni! You make it look easy . . . but how you come up with the ideas still floors me! It does make me want to try making a wreath this year . . . thanks for the inspiration.
