I bought this snowman cookie decorating kit when it was 70% off at Target. You could definitely use jelly beans for eyes and make carrot noses out of starburst.
The snowman faces look sooooo cute. I use 2 packages of whipped frosting, and add 4 cups of powdered sugar, 1/2 stick melted butter and a tsp of almond. Add milk til you get the consistancy you want. Have a delicious day!
