Valentine banner

Happy Thursday everyone!  Today, I'm going to make a chipboard pennant... embellished with my favorite vintage valentines.

I started out by covering the pennants with valentine paper.  I punched holes in the corners so that I could thread ribbon through them.

Now for the fun part... embellishing!  I used paper flowers, pompoms and red plastic hearts.

I threw in a few crocheted flowers too (not made by me).  I've tried to learn to crochet many times but I just don't have it in me.
