Justin Bieber tshirt

If you read my blog regularly, you know I have 3 teenage daughters.  Hannah, my oldest is in college, Olivia is a sophomore and Isabelle is in 8th grade.

Isabelle loooooooves Justin Bieber with all her heart.  As I write this, his music is BLARING in the background.  In May she bought tickets to his concert and his been talking about it ever since.  Of course, the girls needed tshirts to wear to the concert.  We bought black shirts from Michael's and some spray on paint.

We blocked off letters on the shirts with duck tape and then used the paint on top.  Don't bother with this paint.  Craft paint worked way better.  

While we were waiting for paint to dry, Izzy and her 2 friends made pumpkin shaped posters for the concert.  Guess who's idea that was?  

The next morning, we peeled off the duck tape and outlined the letters in glow paint.

They wore them with black leggings, bandanas and glow stick necklaces.  They got lots of compliments!  The pumpkin posters didn't make it into the concert.  Izzy reports it was the best day of her life.
Do you remember your first concert?  Mine was Rick Springfield.  My goodness, he was a hottie back in the day.
