Halloween tags

Are you ready for Halloween?  We are all decorated at home and at preschool.  The kids tell me every day what they are going to be.  My own kids are planning their own costumes that will definitely involve my help... probably the night before Halloween.
I recently had a day to spend at the scrapbook store with my besties.  These are the girls that I've known since I was FIVE years old!  We still try to get together every month.  I had to bring the girls a little Halloween present to celebrate getting together.
I had a little something, but it needed a really cute tag.  I had these kraft paper tags tucked away in my card drawer...

I love this paper with the vintage images.  I cut them out and matted them on cardstock.  The paper I used for the tags is from October Afternoon.

After I matted the images with cardstock I used double stick mounting tape to attach them to the tags.

Aren't they cute?  I've always thought the wrapping was just as important as the gift!

Happy Monday!

  1. These are soooooo magnificent! I agree with you... the wrapping and presentation is just as important as what is inside! (maybe even more?? I don't know how your gift recipients even open your gifts... I don't think I could!)
