paint chip game

Have you done anything clever with paint chips yet?  Today's project is an easy little game to make with paint chips and clothespins.  I've had lots of preschool age kids around this summer and they love playing with it.  Pick up some paint chips at your local hardware store.  You want 2 of each chip.  One for the matching game, and 1 to punch stars out of.

Hot glue the stars to the end of your clothespins.

To play the game, match the clothespin star with the colors on the paint chip.  Little kids love it.  I know I've said it before, but simple is best!

Store them in a paint can from Michael's.  Are you looking for more kid's craft ideas?  Check out my pinterest board here... http://pinterest.com/jenni_swenson1/little-hands/
