St. Patrick's Day cake

It's green week... today I'm going to share a recipe for a delicious green cake... it is super simple!

Start with a lemon cake mix, vanilla or lemon pudding, limes and some lime jello.  You will need to dust off that bundt pan you have in the back of the cupboard.  Spray liberally with cooking spray so it doesn't stick.

lemon/lime bundt cake
1 box lemon cake mix
1 box vanilla or lemon pudding
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
juice of 2 limes
4 eggs
1 tsp almond extract

Once it is out of the oven, you are going to mix up the glaze.  Mix together lime jello with 3/4 cup boiling water.  Then add 1/2 cup cold water.  Poke holes all over your cake with a skewer.

Spoon the glaze over the cake, you won't use all the jello mixture...

Add some little sprinkles if you like... this cake is soooooo good.  You can use different colors of jello for different colors and flavors.

Don't forget to leave a comment and get a chance to win these adorable Tessa clogs... the winner will be announced Saturday!
