owls and Duluth...

We just spent the weekend at a hockey tournament in Duluth.  It is such a gorgeous spot.
I brought my new knitted owls for a photo shoot.  If you are looking for the pattern, contact me or find it here....http://www.woollysomething.com/  I would love to come to your local yarn store and teach this pattern... let me know if you are interested!

These little guys are so much fun to knit.  The pattern shows them in brown and cream but I branched out and knit them in bright Valentine colors.

Do you see Lake Superior in the background?  I got some weird looks from passers-by...

I also added their felt feathers to the pattern.  I stuffed them with polyfil and polypellets so they stand up.

Guess what?  I am a new rep for these patterns, if you are interested in buying them, or having me come to your store and teach a class on making them... let me know!

Have a crafty day!  Jenni
