mod podge plates

If you've been reading my blog for awhile, you know that I love crafting with mod podge.  This project is so easy and so much fun!  You need to gather up a bunch of scraps.  I bought some vintage image paper at Archiver's and cut it apart.  The other paper is October Afternoon.
Start with a plain glass plate... I forgot to take before pics.  Wal Mart has them for $1.50.  Cover the BACK side with mod podge.

Place your images face down so they show through on the front of the plate.  You can flip the plate as you go to see how it looks.

I made all of these for my craft sale.  This one is going to be tough to part with.

Here is what the back looks like.

I made the pompom wreath last year.  Love it.  It takes forever and a day.  Looks cute as a centerpiece too.

You can't put these in the dishwasher or in a sink full of water.  Wipe the top off with a wet rag.  They are great for display or for serving cookies on.  xoxo  Jenni
